Google introduced Learn with Google AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning) courses for everyone. ‘Learn with Google AI’, is a new easy-to-learn platform which are a set of educational resources develope-d by Machine Learning expert at the company. The course is free and available to all users. Google introduced this program in order to help, everyone understands how AI can solve challenging problems and to make learning resources available. That’s why Google has created a new platform and called it Learn with Google AI.
“Part of Google AI’s mission is to help anyone interested in machine learning succeed. From researchers to developers and companies, to students,” wrote Zuri Kemp, who leads Google’s machine learning education effort. In a blog post. Zuri Kemp also said, “We believe it’s important that the development of AI reflects as diverse a range of human perspectives and needs as possible. So, Google AI is making it easier for everyone to learn ML by providing a huge range of free, in-depth educational content,”.
Learn with Google AI website provides ways to learn about core ML concepts, develop and hone ML skills, and apply ML to real-world problems. The course features videos from ML experts at Google, interactive visualisations illustrating ML concepts, coding exercises using cutting-edge TensorFlow APIs and a focus that teaches how practitioners implement ML in the real world.
The course was originally designed by Google’s engineering education team as a fast-paced. It’s described as a “fast-paced, practical introduction to ML fundamentals for Googlers”, originally designed by the engineering education team inside Google. So far, more than 18,000 Googlers have enrolled in MLCC, applying lessons from the course to enhance camera calibration for Daydream devices, build a virtual reality for Google Earth and improve streaming quality on YouTube.
The website offers a free course called Machine Learning Crash Course. It is based on the initial course that was developed and designed to help Google employees a practical introduction to AI and ML. The new Machine Learning Crash Course will give a quick introduction to practical ML concepts using high-level TensorFlow (TF) APIs. Google is promising that this is the beginning of the offer. And that there will be additional courses and documentation in the coming months.
Google is trying to make it available for everyone and help learn machine learning concepts and techniques. The course is hardly about 15 hours and has a lot of interactive lessons and over 40 exercises. It is develope-d and designe-d for newcomers to machine learning or zero knowledge about ML. TensorFlow is Google’s open source library for machine learning tools. And can be accesse-d by anyone to build AI, ML frameworks suited to their tasks, problems. The Machine Learning allows computers to learn, understand and recognise the data, without being explicitly programme-d to do so.
Machine Learning is the building block for artificial intelligence and is what powers self-driving cars, image recognition, etc. Users will be able to learn about key ML algorithms. Google’s course page says the user must have a mastery of introductory level of algebra. And this includes variables and coefficients, linear equations, graphs of functions, and histograms. Also familiarity with advanced math concepts such as logarithms and derivatives will be helpful, though it is not compulsory. While the course is free for all, there are some pre-requisites before taking up an understanding of how to code for machine learning.
Google says those enrolling should comfortable reading and writing Python code. Since the exercises in the course are code-d in the same programming language. In addition a knowledge of programming basics, and some experience coding in Python are also require-d. The course will have lectures from Google’s AI experts, along with exercises and access to some material as well.
